Together We Can Program Manager
jada.pierce@thebpi.org

Jada Pierce is a proud Portland native and over the past eight years has walked alongside children and families in various capacities as they grow, learn, and find wellness for themselves. After graduating from Central Catholic, she continued her education at the University of Hawaiʻi earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology focusing on child development, later attending Biola University, where she earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has spent time working in after school care, as a nanny and school therapist.

Today, Jada manages the Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (IECMHC) program and the Together We Can (TWC) home visiting program, and she also supports the Family Connector Organization (FCO) program through Preschool for All. In all of these roles, her focus is on building trusting relationships with families and early learning providers, making sure they feel heard, supported, and connected to resources that fit their unique needs. Jada deeply enjoys working within the Black community and is committed to strengthening and uplifting young children, their educators and families. She is passionate about helping parents feel confident, and supported in their journey, and about creating spaces where Black children can flourish. She believes every family has the power to thrive and deserves care that is culturally responsive, community-rooted, and filled with joy.
